No hidden fees — ever. The price you see at booking is the total cost of your reservation. If there are any additional charges (like city taxes or optional extras), they’ll be clearly shown during the booking process so you know everything upfront before confirming.

After a successful transaction: - You will see a message on the screen confirming that your booking was successful. - A confirmation will automatically be sent to your email. (Please also check your SPAM/Junk folder.). - You can always find your order confirmation in your Balkanea profile account under the "Booking history" section.

Refunds are initiated automatically after you cancel your reservation, in line with the accommodation’s cancellation policy. Once processed, it usually takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
